A relative recommended this heating and furnace repair company to me. Even though I had a service plan with another provider, the issue with my heater system had never really been fixed and had been happening since the unit was installed. I’m so glad I called this team. The technician was friendly, skilled, and arrived on time. The next day another tech came out to complete the heater repair work, and the service was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and clearly explained several repair options for my heating system. The whole experience was smooth, helpful, and reassuring. It is hard to find service this dependable, and I now trust them for any furnace or heater service I need.

so happy with the heater repair service. it was easy to schedule my heat pump and furnace tune-up with a quick call, and they were able to get me in much sooner than expected. james came out and was very professional and friendly. he was on time, got right to work, and did a very thorough inspection and service on the heating system. He clearly explained everything he checked, cleaned, and tested, including the furnace components, thermostat operation, airflow, and overall heat pump performance. He also pointed out a missing safety feature and gave a recommended fix without any pressure to buy right away. i really appreciated the honest advice, clear communication, and careful work. the whole visit made me feel confident that my heater system is running safely and efficiently, and i will definitely use them again for future heater repair and maintenance needs.

Best Ac Repair & Install Company has been a trusted choice for my family for a long time. They are dependable, easy to work with, and always do quality furnace and heating repair work. I have an older boiler and radiator heating system, and when it was time to replace my worn-out boiler, they stood out from the other contractors I contacted for estimates. They offered a fair price and took extra time to inspect and measure each radiator in my home so the new heating system would be sized correctly. That helped me avoid paying for more heating capacity than I needed and made sure the installation matched my home well. The whole process felt careful, honest, and professional. Now my home heats evenly and comfortably, and the boiler runs much better. I also feel confident calling them for future furnace service, heating maintenance, or repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone in Burbank who needs reliable heating and furnace repair service.

I could not be happier with Best AC Repair & Install Company. The owner really cares about customer satisfaction and has been my go-to heater repair and heating service expert for a long time. Recently, I needed a new furnace, and the financing process was quick and easy, so I found out within minutes that the replacement was affordable for my budget. My old furnace had been installed the wrong way by another contractor, which caused several heating issues and airflow problems. They took the time to inspect everything, explain what was wrong, and fix each problem the right way during the furnace installation. They even stayed late at my house to make sure the heater was running properly, the system was safe, and I had reliable hot water again. That level of care, hard work, and commitment is rare. I highly recommend them to anyone in Burbank who wants heater repair, furnace installation, and related home comfort work done right the first time.
